How does the Safelink page work?

The Safelink page is built using Base64 encode which serves to convert links into numerical and alphabetic combination random code. Furthermore, the code is combined with the url of the Safelink page which will be the middleman, in which there is a script to create a button that contains links from the destined webpage.
